Planning Doc. MAP and Sup. Reynolds

After reading and re-reading the aforementioned document I have a suspicion that some the BC Roads may be closed in the future which would negatively impact all BC explorers including myself and family for generations to come.I might be over reacting to the issue at hand but I still have never been ...

gold point and an off topic reply (Austrailia's Trails)

Thanks David, I just sent to you a reply by PM on this sight. It appears that Nevada has the finest system of maintained unpaved roads in the country. Though a bit off subject, I just viewed a program on cable about "Outbacking it in Austrailia". That country is an off-roader's and explorer's paradi...

Does Anyone have info of the condition of Echo Cyn Trail

Has anyone driven / hiked the Echo Canyon trail recently? (From the DV side into the Armogosa Desert in NV or visa versa). I would like to know the condition of the trail during your drive/hike.

Looking for short-term rental or exchange

(I hope that this abides by the forum rules) I would like to request the following: My wife and I are seeking a short-term place to reside (28-31 days) near the Panamint / DV area (Beatty, Gold Point, Big Pine etc.). This is for "Physical Health" reasons. We would consider a house swap. We are 200 y...

Vya, Nevada - Washoe County

Anybody been to Vya, NV in Washoe County? I understand that the Yella Dog Ranch opened a few years ago with a restaurant and a couple of rooms. I'd just like to know if anyone has stayed there or at least has some familiarity with this "sparsley populated", beautiful area. I've listed related posts ...
