Re: Marble Bath

I have discussed this area with other people whom I know that have found it. The general consensus is that there is a strange feeling in the area. One is welcome to visit but not to stay. YMMV. Re: Marble Bath

Been there within the past year and there was a bee hive at the top of the chute. Finding it is more than half the fun. I have discussed this area with other people whom I know that have found it. Nice stuff. Was that woman talking with you on the playa with you or there already? I think I met her when I was there last month. She's got some amazing photography if its the same person I met on my trip.

Re: Eureka Dunes Photography Trip

Hidden Dunes are really neat to see. If you head out early and no one is already there the dunes will be footprint free. You probably wouldn't be taking your trailer out there. Make it a day trip from Eurkea base camp. It's also a great place to camp. I have slept out there twice. Very peaceful. It...

So is it retaining the "Furnace Creek" name? Hope so. I don't agree with the name change of the ranch area to The Oasis.

Re: South Park loop road repairs in progress

I've got pics of that bridge and area. Seems it would be a lot of work to make the road so that the bridge is no longer needed. Removing both the bridge and chicken rock would open it up a bit more. The people that do the research online find out about the accidents at chicken rock and the potential...

Re: South Park loop road repairs in progress

Not sure if this a good or bad thing. Having easier/more access might endanger the cherished points of interest, natural and manmade, in the area.
