Ghost Town & Mining Camp Forum

Post by ccv » Mon Dec 23, 2002 8:05 pm

A number of us that post here frequent the ghost town and mining camps. Maybe we need a special forum just where we can talk about the places we love to visit and the colorful history.

Well I was going to say Ghost Towns and Mining Camps in and Around Death Valley because there are so many that are outside of Death Valley that we can talk about too. Do others have suggestions and then we can all vote on the best one?

Well, just create a poll with 2 or 3 versions, if you wish to vote. Descriptions don't have to be perfect.

Just an observation which I missed the first time around, but does Death Valley have to be in the description? It is kinda obvious that this site is about DV, no?

Well, I see Bighorn already posted the forum and that name is fine with me. I've already left a message there. Thanks Bighorn!

Yes, but I believe that he was looking for the forum Description, not the name.

Now you've gone and done it, Bighorn! You put Dezdan's name in lights on the new forum. He's going to get a bigger head than he's already got! This means, Dezdan, we're expecting you to come up with some good ghost town conversation. Can you handle it?
