In Nevada and California the only US based lithium interest is Albemarle in Silver Peak. They are based in North Carolina and have the only working lithium production mine in North America. The other lithium exploration and feasibility sites are from Australia and Canada.
FYI, Albermarle (ALB) is currently trading their stock at $87.61 a share which is getting close to their year's high which I assume is due to the EV (Electric Vehicle) markets picking up steam. (How's "picking up steam" for an outdated acronym?)
"Picking up steam" for a lithium project. Excellent! That goes hand in hand with solar powered windmills.
