No, but scanning the imagery of the surrounding area, there appears to be a few more similar areas with faint, rough grid shaped patterns. Most of them are light and look to be fairly old. Yes, I see more in the area as well. Looks like the discoloration is from vegetation disturbance, but that is not recent work - there's trees growing in some of those circular areas.
