Is this Sentinel Peak?

Post by agtoau » Tue Dec 30, 2014 11:03 pm

This photograph of the Panamint Range & Valley was taken yesterday from the Slate Range Pass. The beautiful colours of the Belt of Venus are seen. I haven't yet processed the photo. Just wanted to ask - is that Sentinel Peak by the side of Telescope Peak?

Also - is Manly Peak seen from that same vantage point or is it too far 'in' to be seen from where I was?

I believe Manly is the one all the way to the right of that picture, but the peak is not visible because it is set back from the edge.
